Neon Memory Archive is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.
The launch version does not require an account, does not operate a public mailbox and does not process website contact-form submissions. Visitor contribution tools remain inactive until a suitable contact and consent process is available.
The static launch version does not set advertising cookies. Any future analytics implementation should be privacy-conscious and documented here before activation.
Links to YouTube and other external platforms open services governed by their own privacy policies. Embedded media may allow those providers to process technical information when loaded; privacy-enhanced embedding should be preferred where available.
A formal route for privacy, correction, attribution and removal requests will be published when the archive activates its dedicated contact infrastructure. No non-functioning email address is presented during the opening phase.
