Public contact status
Neon Memory Archive does not display an inactive mailbox or pretend that a form is monitored. The archive currently publishes its editorial standards and public channel while dedicated correspondence infrastructure is prepared.
The About page explains the distinction between recollection, documentary evidence and reconstruction, together with the current release standard.
The rights page explains what information identifies an asset, how disputed material is paused and how corrections remain traceable.
Published films and public video releases appear through the official channel. YouTube remains an external service with its own moderation and privacy rules.
Public contributions, partnerships, press enquiries and private rights correspondence will not be promoted until the mailbox, consent, moderation and response workflow are operational.
